However, in the very unlikely event that you are truly not happy with our work after we have done everything within our power to deliver our best to you, using multiple methods and approaches and giving you unlimited re-apply, then YES we will give you a refund that we both agree is fair. Here’s our action plan for the briefing phase:

– You answer our application questionnaire, as best as you can or send us your detailed brief.

– We have a 1-hour Google meets video call with a few other applicants just like you, (think of it like a webinar but more personalized) to discuss the study pathway process, requirements & proof of funds. At the end of the presentation, you can ask personalized immigration questions or anything about the study permit pathway and our licensed immigration consultant will respond to your queries during the meeting.

– You will leave the session feeling confident and clear on our plan for how we will handle your application the best we see fit to get you to Canada.

–   After the Google meets virtual meeting we send you the draft retainer agreement with a fee breakdown, then you decide if you want to proceed.

Here’s our action plan for the Letter of Acceptance phase:  (handled by: the school registration team)

– We will send you a list of documents we need from you and forms we need you to fill up. Note that requirements vary from school to school.                    

– As soon as you provide us the documents and forms we asked for, our school registration team will assess your information and base on that assessment we’ll give you a list of programs and schools that you can pick from.

– We will also put into consideration if you already have a preferred province to study in, school or program of choice.                    

-As soon as you get your LOA, the school will ask you for a deposit to secure your spot in the incoming class.

– Congrats you’re now registered with the school!

Here’s our action plan for your visa application: (handled by the visa requirement documentation team)

– we’ll send you a checklist of the study permit requirements as well in-depth proof of fund information.

– after sending us at least 75% of the requirements, we’ll perform the initial review of all your documents while you’re completing the other 15%

– should amendments be necessary, we’ll email the list of what needs to be revised as well as the other requirements that remain outstanding in your file.

– after sending us the revised documents as well as the other outstanding documents, we’ll perform the final review of everything to ensure that all documents are compliant. If you need to revise anything else, we’ll let you know otherwise, you’re now required to settle the final payment if you haven’t.

– after remitting the final payment to us, your application will now be in the queue for submission.

– after submission of your applications, we’ll send you the submission confirmation letter(s) and the biometrics instruction letter with the link to a list of clinics that you can go to that is the closest to you

– after you complete your biometrics, all you must do is wait for your visa decision!

Upon submitting your application most Canadian schools will take 4 – 6 weeks to release your LOA. There have been some cases where it could take 2 months or more and some cases that take less than 4 weeks.

Processing time will depend on whether you’re applying through Student Direct Stream (SDS, or Regular Stream (None SDS).

If you’re applying through SDS you would usually get your result within 20 days unless Canadian Immigration services are backlogged and or having problems such as what happened during the recent pandemic some applications took months to be processed.

If you’re applying through None SDS, you would normally have to wait 2 – 3 months to get your student visa processed.

If you’re coming as a single applicant and you plan to get a Postgraduate Work Permit after your studies, then you would need to show proof of fund of approximately $30K CAD or Approximately for your first year of studies.

If you completely change the direction of your application such as a student applying for a tourist visa, insist on doing a program of study that is not applicable to you, or add to the original brief, then we will send you a quote to continue as per the new direction.

We have a team of auditors, admin, and marketers that rely on your payment to keep providing you the excellent service that you have, so if we had to split the payment further for every client and or send an invoice after the work is completed, we would need to hire a fulltime bookkeeper, which means we would need to increase our prices. We have the same fee for applicants that are applying for the first time and applicants that have a previous refusal.
